Happy Homecoming Week! Here's a rundown of the week:
Tuesday: Jazz auditions after school (State Line Strut only). Times below. Percussion sectionals 7pm.
Wednesday: BIG BAND. Section Leader gig at Schaumburg Township Building (6th/7th period).
Thursday: ALL - field trip 4th/5th to rehearse with junior highs. WE WILL PERFORM THE WHOLE HALFTIME SHOW.
Friday: BIG BAND. Pep Assembly (dismissed from 8th halfway through period). GAME DAY. Percussion call time 4:30, woodwinds/brass 5:45.
Sectionals: Saxes/Horns today. Work on GOOD FUNDAMENTALS (tone, intonation) and trouble spots in junior high/halftime tunes. Percussion tonight at 7pm. Please use the full half-period. Flutes will be on Friday this week due to our junior high rehearsal. Make sure to fill out an attendance form.
Jazzers: auditions will be after school today. Tentative audition times are: 3:15 Rhythm, 3:45 Saxes, 4:15 Trombones, 4:45 Trumpets. Also remember that etude recordings WERE DUE on Schoology LAST NIGHT.
First Day Fundraisers: if they haven't already, all orders must go home! Missing $: Mapp ($47+11), McDonald ($30).
IOUs: these must be paid by the end of the week. Every Monday, we add interest.
