Great work on Friday night band! The junior highs got to experience what an excellent high school band is like. Thank you.
-QUEEN Show shirts are now on sale thru the online store. The store is open until Oct. 6th.
-Flute Choir: Rehearsal is cancelled.
-Jazz Band tryouts today after school.
-Drumline: Pay for your sticks today!!!
-Trumpet sectionals today. Review pre-game and halftime. Some of you aren't playing the show yet, we need you.

Assembley today: You are dismissed at 1:20 from your 8th hour class to come to the band room and set up. You'll need the Styx show music.
-Tonight's Game: Call time is 5:30 pm on the back field. Dressed. Hydrated.
-Clarinet sectionals today. Work on Jr. High tunes.
-Seating auditions: Materials should be on racks by 8th hour today.
-Jazzers: Do your SMART music. Jazz band auditions are Mon. (9/30) after school.
-Flute Choir: Meets at 3:00 on Mon. (9/30) .

-Low Brass sectionals: Jr. High tunes.
-Orchestra meets 3rd today. Band room.
-Bassoon demo today for Cadet Band.
-SUPER COLOSSAL BIG BAND TOMORROW 4th hour. Everyone is on a" field trip". Trot to the main field. Decase outside.
-Elliot/Alex: Set up sousas for jr highs in auditorium wells today.

Powder Puff Band:
Thank you for playing yesterday. It's a great tradition. You played for all the right reasons...school spirit, fun, joy of music making, friendship.
Pink Gloves: If you want a pair. $4. Get money to Laura Reyna or a class rep today. They get ordered tonight. All proceeds will be donated to Breast Cancer research.
Sax sectionals: Junior high show music.
Orchestra: Rehearses tomorrow. Have appropriate instruments here.
Student Board: Meets tomorrow.

Was Saturday's performance cool or what? I've never seen that big a crowd at Band Day before. BTW...Huskies won. I hope you all had a fun day. Thank you for representing SHS with such excellence.
