Jazz Ensemble and V-Show Drumline: rehearsals today (3-7pm) & Thurs (3-7pm). Friday and Saturday V-Show performances (call time 6:30pm).
Sectionals: Saxes and horns today. Split into Cadet and CB/SB/WS to work on audition materials. Low brass AND flutes will have sectionals on Thursday this week.
Pies and Cinna-Rolls Fundraiser: turn in ASAP.
Bob Lark Alumni Big Band: playing at the Jazz Showcase tonight @ 8pm (featuring our very own, Mr. Tipps). Their set features the music of Count Basie. Tickets are $5.
Audition Materials: materials are out on the sorting racks and on Schoology. Auditions begin one week from today (October 26). If you are taking private lessons, grab a Private Lesson Evaluation Form. Turn these in by Monday, November 2 to receive up to 4 extra credit points toward chair placement (not your grade).
