Pep Band: Great job this season! You guys received several compliments over the last few weeks on your energy, musicality, and school spirit. Thank you for an excellent season and continuing the tradition of excellence.
IHSA Solo and Ensemble: Fill out the goal chart will be posted in the hallway. We are now on Week 5 of 6. Double check performance times. All performance times are now final. In-class performances begin next Monday.
CSO Field Trip on Wednesday, February 24th: Meet in the band room at 7:30 Wednesday. See itinerary for details.
Sectionals: WS/SB/Cadet this week. If there is not a director at your sectional, make sure to fill out a sectional attendance form.

Performances This Week: Fremd's Jazz and Java Concert is this Tuesday at 7pm, featuring trumpeter Kirk Garrison. Tickets are $2 for students, $5 for adults. On Saturday, Rolling Meadows High School hosts the 31st annual Jazz in the Meadows Jazz Festival. This is one of the largest high school jazz festivals in the country. This year's pro groups are the Big Bad Bones (noon) and New Standard Jazz Orchestra (5pm). Tickets are $10 for students, $15 for adults.
