Happy Homecoming Week! Here's a rundown of the week:
Friday: NO BIG BAND. Pep Assembly (dismissed from 8th at 1:20). GAME DAY. Percussion call time 4:30, woodwinds/brass 5:45.
SMB Indoor Concert: just a reminder that this is coming up next Tuesday, September 27th. Call time is 6:30 and we will be playing all of our music from the fall.
Sectionals: Flutes/Clarinets today. Work on GOOD FUNDAMENTALS (tone, intonation) and trouble spots in junior high/halftime tunes. Please use the full half-period. Make sure to fill out an attendance form.
Chipotle Fundraiser: Next Wednesday, September 28th, we have a fundraiser at the Chipotle on Barrington and Schaumburg Road from 4pm to 8pm. Bring in a flyer and 50% of your purchase will go back to the band. See you there!
Jazzers: thank you to everyone who auditioned yesterday. We will post results after school today. Just a heads up: Jazz Ensemble will begin rehearsals this Monday, September 26th (7-9pm) for Variety Show.
First Day Fundraisers Missing $: McDonald ($30).
IOUs: these must be paid by the end of the week. Every Monday, we add interest.
